No, and anyone who does is lying to you. We guarantee diagnosis quality and intervention logic. We can't guarantee your team executes the recommendations, your market doesn't shift, or your product doesn't change underneath us. What we can guarantee is that the cost of not knowing where the leaks are compounds every week you delay.
We already have a growth person. Why would we hire you?
Because they have founder's curse on their own funnel. Anyone who built the product can't see it like a first-time user can. Our job is to give your team the diagnosis they can't get from inside the building, then hand them the implementation spec. Different value, complementary roles. Most of our best engagements are with teams that already have growth talent.
